This December 14th & 15th, join us for “Apollo in December,” the annual holiday concert series of The Apollo Club of Minneapolis, one of America’s oldest male choruses (est. 1895). Hear stories of winter, Christmas, and Hannukah told in word and song, with favorite repertoire from Apollo’s 129-year history and brand-new compositions. The concert ends with a performance of “Twas the Night Before Christmas” from the musical mind of Harry Simeone, the same version made famous by Fred Waring and His Pennsylvanians.
Saturday, December 14th at 7:30 pm - Sundin Music Hall at Hamline University
Sunday, December 15th at 2:30 pm - Normandale Lutheran Church in Edina, MN
We look forward to sharing our music with you and hope you will join us on December 14th, 15th, or both!
The Apollo Club elevates the consciousness of performance music by creating an authentic stage for amateurs and professionals alike. Since 1895, it has been the signature icon of sacred and secular music in the Twin Cities, bringing together generations of voices who inspire audiences locally, nationally, and internationally. As "artisans of music," the organization is dedicated to building craft, culture, and camaraderie in the community.
Our organization relies on the generosity and support from our community. Your optional gift will advance our group to bring the joy of music to more people.
